📃 If this is you, here’s your gameplan:
✅ Determine who your target customer is. Who would benefit the most from your product or solution?
✅ Find out where they hang out. Offline and online.
✅ Ask them what frustrations they are experiencing in this market.
✅ See if your solution fits their needs — or craft a solution that fits their needs.
Then you’ll be off and running in the right direction!
The second group…
2️⃣ I'm making progress and I have researched the market... WHEN do I start spending money and hire people and build out the tech?
Everyone wants to rush out and hire someone to build cool technology. It makes us feel like we’re making real progress.
✅ I believe there is always more you can do, for free, before you start building a technology solution.
Have you absolutely proven that your target audience will buy this solution you want to build?
Well, how do we do that?
⭐⭐ Think of a super simple, non-tech product you can create, to determine if this audience is willing to pay money for a solution.
Often, this can be a PDF!
Can you make a 2-page PDF that helps your customers solve a problem?
Sell it for a no brainer price. Like $5.
You’ll then prove people are willing to pay, they’ll trust you, and you’ll build a customer list.
3️⃣ I know some of you are just really hesitant (scared) to venture out there and start.
Remember. Day ONE is one of the toughest days.
But, you only have to do it once.
Get started today and get ‘day one’ behind you.
Trust me, it’s a huge relief to wake up on day two knowing you’re moving forward.
