🔊 Here’s why you should
Tell people what you’re trying to accomplish.

Ideas are common.
Good ideas are common.
That’s why you’ll never see a successful company selling only ‘ideas’.

Ideas alone aren’t worth much.

But, your unique insight to a problem, the customer and a potential solution is VERY valuable.

🧒 That’s what you bring to the table.

🙋‍♂️ I am a big believer in telling others what you are working on.

Put yourself out there and announce a problem you’ve discovered and the solution you’re working on.

It can often lead to some great things.

You can discuss your idea on Discord or LinkedIn or Reddit and find there are other people that want to help you!

A nice discussion happening on our Discord. The community is helping a member think through their solution.

😎 This is what I’ve learned from sharing what we’re working on here:

1️⃣ People will want to help!

✅ I’ve had several people in my network introduce me to investors, key potential customers and more.

✅ In fact, we have something huge in the pipeline that came from an introduction.

2️⃣ People get excited about something NEW!

✅ People are attracted to the new and novel.

Working on something unique? It will immediately be interesting to others, and they’ll want to be attached to it.

✅ You won’t feel alone (which is important).

You need some early ambassadors to help you. You’ll find people that want to take ownership with you (in a good way). They’ll be “in” with you, and you won’t be alone.

3️⃣ People will give great feedback.

✅ It’s great to get an outside perspective, because we often have tunnel vision when we view our opportunity.

An outside perspective can open your eyes to blind spots and potential risks and opportunities.

Plus, you might get feedback from a seasoned startup founder who can guide you along the way.

4️⃣ People will lend their skills.

👉👉👉 I want to explore this below.

We’ve had some ValidatorAI.com members STEP UP to help! Totally unprompted.

Get out there and tell people what you want to create!

🙌 Check out what a few of our community members did for us!

As stated in #4 above, you’ll find people with great skills that want to help.

📚 Quick Story 1:

When we launched our beta version of our Startup Accelerator, we asked the community for input.

😵 I THOUGHT our startup roadmap should be a screen-by-screen guide that you flip through.

1️⃣ The beta testers told me that this layout wasn’t ideal.

2️⃣ One member named Alex Yarmolatii took it upon himself to completely redesign our accelerator and roadmap.

He sent me videos explaining his new design and the reasoning behind it.

🏆 And, we incorporated his changes!

The video Alex sent me with his design and reasoning.

Alex is amazing at thinking through product design.

Thanks Alex!

📚 Quick Story 2:

The design of our site is ok. It’s not amazing.

One of our community members named Tobias Adane, an entrepreneur in Argentina, messaged me on Discord and said he had been working on a new design for the ValidatorAI.com site. 😃 wow.

🙏 100% unprompted.

Tobias showed me his redesign for the homepage, and it was awesome.

🚗 I turned him loose to redesign the entire site. lol.

We will make it live in one week, but here is a preview of the user control panel with the initial free AI chat in it:

Tobias’ design for our site going forward.

Wow. Thanks Tobias!
