❎ The votes are in!

Which validation method do you want to pursue?
Do you want to setup a landing page, survey customers on social media or talk to customers in store?

✔ We are going to go with: Landing page online with sign ups.

Overwhelming support for setting up a landing page so we can capture user emails and interest. I generally agree, especially since we validated the problem/solution in the market with in-person interviews. The in-person interviews are for a deep dive into problems and solutions.

✔ So, Pete is going to create a landing page for free, at forms.google.com and then he will direct potential customers there.

😕 Pete is a bit stuck on what exactly to put in the Google form…

Let’s help Pete decide the key questions and info we want to place in the form. The goal is to collect emails of interested customers.

Let’s figure out:

  • What headline will grab their attention?

  • What should the call to action say?

  • Do we want to talk about Pete’s background and how he arrived at this solution?

  • What is the ONE main feature we want to highlight?

  • Social proof: Do we want to show a quote or two from frustrated sneaker collectors?
