✔ Let’s talk about how to make something like this on Google Forms.

1️⃣ Go to forms.google.com

2️⃣ I HIGHLY SUGGEST you choose custom colors and upload a header image. The header image really makes it look authentic.

Click on this button at the very top - that’s where you can pick colors, images etc.

Then click on this button to upload your own image.

3️⃣ Don’t have an image created?

✔ Easy… go to Grok on Twitter (or any generative AI program) and create a logo for free.

Here is where Grok is located:

4️⃣ Ok, now for the content. You should…

✅ Write a brief opening statement explaining who you are, the problem and what you’re working on.

✅ Be sure to KEEP THE SELECTION that says “this form is collecting emails” because that’s the whole goal.

✅ Add more sections if you need, with this button, below. You can add surveys, images, additional text or even a place for the visitor to leave feedback.

5️⃣ I recommend leaving an OPTIONAL field at the bottom for feedback.

✔ You never know who might fill this out and how they can help. You want feedback and ideas, and you want people to introduce themselves.

✅ Be sure to make the ‘thoughts and suggestions’ section OPTIONAL and not a required field.

See the button below is turned off…

✔ That’s it. There’s a SEND button at the top where you can copy the direct link and share it on social media, email etc.

You can also embed the HTML on a site or in an email where the form shows up right in the body of the message.

🙋‍♂️ In our simulated startup, we shared this form in several places:

✔ A Reddit group for sneaker collectors

✔ A Facebook Group for people that like to buy limited drop shoes

✔ In person at the sporting goods store

✔ In a sneaker collecting forum where people were discussing drops

📃 Here are the results!
